During Epiphany I will try to help us capture a glimpse of Jesus through the experiences of some of those to whom he ministered. Jesus’ power transformed them and it can transform us as well. This morning we focus on one kind of experience: Exalting Humility. Jack will lead the group in a discussion focusing on the meaning and significance of prayer. The group has framed about fifteen questions/concerns about the meaning and nature of prayer. We shall begin discussing some of them. All are welcome. Parenting Studies Bill Leslie leads adult sessions on different dimensions of teen parenting--this Sunday we continue with the topic Parenting in a Text-Messaging World. All are welcome |
